I will develop a desktop application that runs on Windows for you using WPF. Database integration (local/remote) is available. Import existing data using CSV as a function in your app.


Database used (for Standard and above) is Microsoft SQL Server and/or SQLite, depending on the requirements, or you can provide your own.
