AI Product Accelerator helps non-technical founders and operators launch real AI products in ~12 weeks through expert mentorship, a structured curriculum, and a strong community. In this role, I built the automation backbone that powers cohorts end-to-end so mentors can focus on outcomes while students move from idea → prototype → launch without getting stuck on ops. What I did Shipped no-code/low-code systems for cohort ops: applications → onboarding → curriculum delivery → milestone tracking → certificate/asset handoff, aligned to the program’s 12-week launch path. Built lead-to-enrollment funnels and CRM automations (tags, scoring, follow-ups, Slack/Email/DM sequences) to keep acceptance, show-up, and completion rates high for a 10,000+ member community.
