I served as the Technical Department Chief, where I led a team responsible for managing and executing various technical operations. In this role, I coordinated projects, assigned tasks, and ensured smooth collaboration among team members. I was actively involved in decision-making, troubleshooting technical challenges, and maintaining high standards for performance and efficiency. This leadership experience helped me develop strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. One of my key contributions was working on task automation projects aimed at improving productivity and reducing manual workload. I designed and implemented automation solutions using programming languages such as Python, which streamlined repetitive processes and enhanced overall system efficiency. These solutions not only saved time but also minimized errors and improved consistency across operations. A significant achievement in my career was my involvement in the SARA 2023 project. During this project, I contributed to the development and implementation of automation tools and technical solutions that supported the project’s objectives. I collaborated closely with team members to ensure timely delivery and effective integration of systems. My contributions played a role in the successful execution of the project, demonstrating my ability to work in high-pressure environments and deliver results. Through these experiences, I have strengthened my technical expertise, leadership abilities, and commitment to delivering reliable and high-quality solutions.
