I specialise in helping people train without many resources. I can structure progressive, effective programmes with as little as your own bodyweight - but gymnastic rings, kettlebells, and strongman sandbags come in handy and more interesting! I work in blocks of 4 weeks, tailoring each week to progress your fitness and abilities gradually until you look back to be astonished with how far you have come.
