Designed a Single stage pressing fixture, Reducing Cycle time by 16 sec/part. 3. Designed Brush-holder polarity checking fixture, eliminating spring misassembly. 4. Designed and Developed Pillar set Magnetizing Fixture for better magnetizing of a Magnet. 5. Developed a winding form tool in winding machine, eliminating enamel peel off and reducing wire scrap. 6. Initiated & Designed a Destructive Testing Fixtures to validate product strength, improving validation effectiveness. 7.
