Q: Which AI models / LLMs do you use?
I can use OpenAI, open-source LLMs (Llama, etc.) or whichever model you prefer, integrated into n8n via API.
Q: Can this chatbot escalate to a human agent?
A: Absolutely! We can build logic in n8n to detect unanswerable queries and escalate to email / Slack / CRM, or store messages for manual review.
Q: Will I own the workflow and code?
