I am a desktop software and full-stack developer. I've build more than 200 desktop utilities, which include fiscal software, utilities, games, screensavers, branding-specific software.

Delphi Pascal, Lazarus, RAD Studio, C, HTML5, PHP, Python, JavaScript, CSS and APIs. I also have worked as an administrator 10+ linux servers.

FAQ
Can you provide an installer which configures the applicaiton on a computer?
Yes, I can package the application to an installer, which allows the software will be installed in the Program Files or any other directory along with an uninstaller to remove the software from the computer when needed.
Can the app work as a standalone executable?
Any windows application is technically standalone, but as long as the application does not depend on any files outside the executable or Dynamic Link Libraries. So yes, It will work as a standalone executable.
Can the application run in the background? Or in the system tray?
Yes, I can make the application run in the background. To improve performance, It will also free any windows and user interface elements. I can also make It so the app can also be easily minimized to the tray if you wish.
Does the application remember user settings?
Yes, the application can store user settings in the user's app data folder, and If you get the Codrut's Fluent Design System extra, It will automatically remember for those apps the position on the screen where the application was last placed at.
Can you make the app in a different language?
Yes, I can develop the app so the user interface is in a different language. I will primarily use Google Translate and a combination of AI tools for proper translations, but you may provide your own custom translated strings If you wish!
