FAQ
What do I need to get started?
Just send me a quick overview of the issue — a screenshot or a short video would be appreciated. Along with that, WordPress admin access is usually enough to get started. If the issue is deeper, I may ask for hosting access too. That's it, nothing complicated.
I have a WordPress bug not listed in your gig - can you still fix it?
Of course. The gig only covers the most common ones to keep things simple - but I handle a much wider range of WordPress and even SEO-related issues.
Do you take a backup before starting work?
Always. Safety is the first step, no exceptions. Before I touch anything on your site, a full backup is taken so your data is secure no matter what. You can have complete peace of mind there.
After malware removal, can you add hardest security to prevent future attacks?
Definitely, after cleaning your site, I'll build a custom security plugin that blocks suspicious IP addresses, prevents malicious code from being injected, and sends you an instant email notification if anything tries to get in again. So you're not just clean — you're protected going forward.
Would you add the hardest security for free after malware removal?
Actually, the hardest security setup isn't something that can be added for free. It requires additional work and the cost depends on your website's current health and security condition. I have to implement the hardest security measures that are proven to work effectively.
After you fix the broken issues or remove the malware, would you fix it again if the problem comes back?
Yes. I always aim to provide a permanent solution. If the issue or malware returns, I’ll investigate the cause first. If it’s due to my work, I’ll fix it free of charge. If it’s caused by new changes, suspicious installations, or actions taken after the cleanup, additional charges may apply.
I have integration issues with GHL, n8n, Google Maps, Firebase, GA4, or an AI Chatbot - can you help?
Yes, I can help you sort out your automation and integration setup so everything runs smoothly together. If you want to build a mini LLM, I can help with that too - just let me know what you're trying to achieve.
I built a WordPress plugin or theme with AI, claude tool - it's 50% done but not working. Can you fix it?
Absolutely. As a WordPress developer I work with custom plugins and themes as well - whether it's something you built from scratch, with AI assistance, or a cloud-based tool. Share what you have and what it's supposed to do, and I'll get it working properly.
Can you fix WooCommerce issues?
Yes - WooCommerce is one of my core areas. I can fix bugs, resolve checkout or payment issues, and also help extend your store's functionality if you need something added or customized.
I have multiple issues - can I get a custom offer?
Absolutely. Just list everything that needs fixing and send me a message. I'll go through it all and put together a custom offer that fits your exact situation.

Rahul was great, very polite and patient and ended up fixing the issues I had with Elementor on my WordPress site. I sometimes struggled to understand what he meant because of language barriers, and the delivery took a bit longer than the initial schedule. Still, I am very happy with the result, and I would recommend Rahul to anyone considering.
