Ran a dual infrastructure environment for a healthcare SaaS serving 70+ hospitals: an on-site data center and a multi-region AWS setup running in parallel. - On-premises: physical servers, networking and hardware lifecycle across multiple facilities, with no tolerance for downtime. - AWS: multi-region architecture on EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront and Route 53, with VPC design, IAM at scale and cross-AZ load balancing for automatic failover. - Led the full migration from on-premises to AWS. Zero downtime and a smaller cloud bill.
