FAQ
What information do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need access to your codebase (GitHub, Bitbucket, or ZIP), hosting/server credentials (if required), and a clear explanation or screenshot/video of the issue.
Can you fix both frontend and backend issues?
Yes, I’m a full-stack developer with expertise in PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React.js, and payment gateways. I can handle both frontend and backend issues.
Do you provide full payment gateway integration or only bug fixes?
Both. I can set up new Stripe/PayPal integrations from scratch or troubleshoot and fix issues in your existing setup.
Can you fix urgent issues with fast delivery?
Yes. If you’re facing a live production issue, I provide extra-fast delivery services. Please message me before ordering so I can prioritize.
What if my issue is complex and takes longer than expected?
I’ll inform you in advance and suggest the best package or custom offer to cover the extra work. No surprises — everything is transparent.
Do you provide ongoing support after fixing issues?
Yes, I provide 30 days of free support for the same issue. For long-term support, we can also arrange a monthly retainer.
Can you work with other payment gateways besides Stripe and PayPal?
Yes, I’ve worked with gateways like Payoneer, PayFast, Rapyd, Paysafe, BoomFi, and more. Share your requirements and I’ll confirm compatibility.
Will you need my live payment account credentials?
No. I prefer using test/sandbox accounts for development. For live credentials, you can create restricted API keys or temporary access. Security is my top priority.
Do you handle server configuration issues (cPanel, Ubuntu, Nginx, SSL)?
Yes. If your issue is related to server setup, I can help configure PHP, Node.js, SSL certificates, environment variables, and cron jobs.
What if the issue cannot be fixed?
If I determine your issue cannot be fixed or is outside the gig scope, I will let you know immediately. In such cases, I offer a 100% refund guarantee.
