FAQ
If I need a custom package for my app, can you provide that?
Yes! you just need to message me before placing the order and we can discuss the requirements for your app and I will tailor a package accordingly.
If i don't have APIs, can you provide it for me?
If you opt for an package where you get services for only UI and integrating APIs, then you need to provide us with APIs.
For all the packages, will you also offer UI/UX designing?
We expect the clients to provide us with app templates or a figma file for UI. If the clients want, we can offer this service with an additional cost.
Can you help us in requirements gathering phase where we have an idea and you can suggest us features?
We have a team of business analyst at our agency. You are more than welcome to discuss your idea and potential features in your app with us!
Which operating systems will our application support?
Generally the app will support android or ios. However with a little extra charge we can optimize the app for web version too.
Why are your services so cheap than the other sellers?
The gig prices you see are tentative. App requirements are mostly custom but still we offer reasonable rates to our clients because of our optimized workflow pipeline.
What to do if we feel like the software development cycle doesn't seem right?
We at tech clinic believe in transparency. We have proper milestones setup before we start the work and take timely review from the client. At any point they can opt to move out, if they are not satisfied.
I have an app idea but don't have any UI available for it, what to do in this case?
If you have a very specific app requirement, then we would advise you to get our UI/UX services, else there are many designs available over internet.
Do you provide AI services within the mobile application development?
For the backend if any of your module requires AI based algorithm, we can develop it for you.
Can you develop my app in less time? I want to launch to market sooner.
Yes! We can offer quick services but we can commit a time given the requirements. If more developers are needed, then the cost will be likewise.
