FAQ
Are you available for a quick Zoom meeting?
If you need to clarify a complex issue, we can discuss whether a short call is necessary and arrange one by mutual agreement. Please send a brief description of the issue first so we can make the conversation productive.
My store is live, will the Shopify bug fixing affect the live store user experience?
My preferred approach is to work on a duplicate theme where the issue can be reproduced, then test the fix before publishing it. This reduces the risk of disrupting your live storefront.
How do I provide access to my store?
You can provide your store URL and approve a Shopify collaborator request with the permissions needed for the agreed work. You retain control of your store and can manage or revoke access through Shopify.
Can you do custom coding on Shopify?
Yes. I can handle defined theme-level changes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Send your requirements first so I can confirm whether the task fits one of the packages.
What types of Shopify bugs do you fix?
I handle Liquid errors, broken sections, CSS and responsive issues, JavaScript problems, and other agreed storefront bugs. Checkout issues, app conflicts, and complex cart behavior need an assessment before I confirm the scope.
Can you fix bugs in premium themes like Warehouse, Empire, or Prestige?
Yes. I can investigate bugs in Shopify's free and premium themes, including Dawn and other Online Store 2.0 themes. I'll first review the affected functionality and theme structure to confirm the appropriate fix.
Do you do extra customization?
Yes. If the requested change exceeds the selected package-for example, a new product-page feature, a custom section, or more extensive functionality-I can assess the requirements and provide a separate custom offer.
Do you provide support after fixing?
Yes. I will address issues directly related to the delivered work within the agreed revision period. Additional features, unrelated bugs, or new requirements may need a separate order.
Do you also redesign our current site?
Yes, but this gig is primarily for technical fixes rather than a complete redesign. I can make targeted layout and styling corrections within the agreed scope; a full theme or storefront redesign would require a separate project.
Do you increase page speed?
I can investigate theme-level performance issues such as unnecessary scripts, inefficient code, and rendering problems. Results depend on the store's theme, apps, assets, and third-party scripts.
