Do I need to provide a 3D model for the render?
Yes, I require a basic 3D model in SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or similar. It doesn’t have to be detailed but must clearly show your project.
What file formats do you accept?
I accept SketchUp (.skp), Revit (.rvt), Rhino (.3dm), AutoCAD (.dwg), and other common 3D formats.
How many revisions are included in each package?
Basic includes 1 revision, Professional includes 2 revisions, and Premium offers unlimited revisions.
Can I order additional renders?
Yes, additional renders cost $20 each.
Do you offer 3D modeling if I don’t have a model?
Yes, I provide 3D modeling for an extra fee starting at $100. Please contact me first to discuss the project.
Can you add landscaping, people, or cars in the render?
Yes, I include landscaping, people, and cars in all packages. For other packages or custom requests, just ask!
Can you create animations or walkthroughs?
