What language do you write scrapers in?

Are your packages hard coded?
No, every project is different, some do fall in the premium priced category, but I can probably get it done cheaper for some reasons, and some may fall in the basic priced cateogory, but I may still charge premium for obvious reason.
Can you handover the scraper as well?
Yep, I will for a little extra charges, and if maintenance was needed later, that'll be charged too. NOTE: Scrapers are meant to be maintained because of website updates, though I do write the code in a way so no maintenance is needed until unless some exceptional updates were brought into the site.
