Will I lose data in the migration?
No. Your original spreadsheet stays exactly as it is. I build the new base alongside it, and you check the result before you switch over.
My spreadsheet is a mess. Is that a problem?
That's the normal starting point. Cleaning comes before importing or merged duplicates, names and dates split into their own fields, columns standardised. The mess doesn't come across.
Do I need a paid Airtable plan?
The free tier holds 1,000 records per base. Tell me roughly how many rows you have and I'll tell you whether free is enough before you order.
Can my team keep using it without me?
Yes. You get a schema diagram, written notes and a Loom walkthrough. It's built in your own account.
Can clients see their own records?
Yes, that's the Softr portal on Premium. They log in and see only their own data, and they don't need a paid Airtable seat.
How long does it really take?
A single-sheet migration is a couple of days. A multi-sheet business system with automations is a week. Send me the file and I'll give you a real date.
