I loved her enthusiasm for the project and she was very open to feedback. However, the final files that were delivered did not contain the edits I requested. Due to the holidays, the platform made it difficult to communicate - it would not allow me to message her since she was unavailable and yet the final files were submitted.

10/10 the band was truly happy with the product snapshots for the adverts
