I will provide IT Support remotely using renowned remote support application such as TeamViewer/Anydesk etc. Those are industry verified and you will can get control on them.

Yes, I have different vendor certifications including Microsoft Certification. I have more than 10 years of corporate IT Support & Troubleshooting Experience.
Did you work for any Organization Before?
Yes, I worked for IBM Australia, Microsoft and provided my IT support services to a huge number of overseas clients. I am pretty new here in this platform but you can see the rating & feedbacks I got here from my clients.
