While writing a comic book script is similar to screenwriting, it is really a craft unto itself. In addition to understanding things like story structure and characterization, there are other considerations unique to the medium. How many panels/pages are appropriate for the scene you are writing? Will there be room for the dialogue balloons/caption boxes, or will the panels be too crowded? Will the action and dialogue lead the eye across the page? Will the last panel on each page make the reader want to turn the page to find out what happens next?
I have been a published comic book writer since 2006, and have written legacy characters like Marvel Comics' Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Lee Falk's The Phantom, as well as many other licensed and original properties. I have also worked as an editor and publisher, and have taught workshops on writing for comics.
I will write a script for your comic book that is easy to follow and artist-ready, written to the standards of the top publishers in the industry.

What is included in a round of revisions?
Changing the structure of the story, reworking numerous scenes... major changes. Minor tweaks don't count as a round of revisions - small changes to dialogue, reworking an individual page or two - and I am even happy to work with you on those beyond the completion of our contract, time permitting.
Will you adapt an existing work in another medium, or write a script with an existing character?
Sure! However, keep in mind if it isn't in the public domain and you don't have the rights, you won't be able to monetize it. I recommend a custom gig for anything involving existing IP, as I may need to factor in research time and costs.
Are you okay working as a ghostwriter and not receiving any credit?
Under the right circumstances, yes, but I always like to discuss these things ahead of time to make sure everyone's expectations are clear, so let's make sure we cover the details of this in a thorough fashion before we lock in the gig!
