Serve in a dual role managing both strategic programs and day-to-day operations at the AAST Entrepreneurship Center, supporting entrepreneurial education, student engagement, and innovation initiatives across multiple campuses. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and monitor entrepreneurship programs, training bootcamps, competitions, and student activities. Lead the nationwide expansion and operational management of the Rally Society student community across 8 AAST campuses and 40+ Egyptian universities. Coordinate the planning and logistics of events, workshops, and ecosystem partnerships with startups, investors, and academic institutions. Develop and track KPIs, manage program reporting, and ensure data-driven improvements using digital tools and internal systems. Support the center’s digital transformation by contributing to the development of cross-platform databases, notification systems, and automated workflows. Act as the main communication bridge between internal teams, external partners, and the center’s leadership. Represent the Entrepreneurship Center in university-wide events, national forums, and youth innovation initiatives. This role merges program leadership with operational excellence to promote sustainable entrepreneurship and student empowerment within Egypt’s academic ecosystem.
