I worked primarily as a Manual QA Tester while also gaining beginner-level experience in Project Management. My main responsibility was to ensure the quality, functionality, and usability of web and mobile applications before release. I performed detailed manual testing, including functional testing, UI/UX testing, regression & exploratory testing to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues. I carefully analyzed application workflows, tested different user scenarios, and ensured that all features were working as expected. I created and executed test cases based on project requirements and documented bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and video recordings to help developers quickly understand and resolve issues. I also conducted cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility and responsiveness across different platforms. In addition, I focused on improving user experience by identifying usability issues and providing practical suggestions for better design and functionality. I worked closely with developers to retest fixes, validate resolved issues, and ensure overall product stability and reliability before deployment.
