What information that I need to provide?
We need your script. if you don't, we need more information about your job, website, company profile and the duration of your video to write a script.
Do you provide script writing service?
Yes, we have a great team of scriptwriters. For this, you can discuss with us.
Can I change the script later?
Yes, but it will be an additional charge for you, Charges will be applied to animation changes + voice over changes. That's why you need to make sure your script is good to go before you submit it.
What Voice Over Accents Do You Provide?
We Provide the USA And UK Accent Voice Over In My Packages, Male Or Female Depend On You. If You Need Any Other Accent Voice Over Inbox Me To Discuss The Budget.
What kind of file will I recieve?
You'll recieve a lightweight mp4 video file in full HD quality which can be uploaded anywhere. It can also have any resolution or proportion you need, to make it suitable for different social medias (1920x1080, 1080x1920, 1080x1080, etc)
Where can I use my video?
Where can I use my video? You can use the explainer video anywhere you want! Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, email, etc.. Just let me know beforehand if you need it in any specific resolution.
Can the video be longer than 20 seconds?
Of course! The 20 seconds statement is just my way to write my pricing. You can choose my other packages according to your needs for longer videos.
How many revisions can I have?
Unlimited! I will keep revising the video until you're happy. However, please make sure to provide me, in advance, with all the specific requirements you might have.
