Absolute disappointment. She promised social media promotion and an email marketing campaign. The email campaign was never delivered at all, and on Facebook she only shared the post in public groups, even though I explicitly asked her not to do that. That simply does not work. Never delivered on anything that was promised. I even requested a cancelation of the product and they refused to cancel only to provide nothing whatsoever. This was a horrible experience.
