What format will my file be delivered in?
Files are usually delivered in MSword formats (.doc, .docx). If you prefer a different format, please feel free to let me know.
How many hours of recording can you transcribe and deliver in 24 hours?
Up to 120 minutes length of recording can be transcribed and delivered within 24 hours from contract commission. Just enter the number of minutes in the order box, hit the "select" button on the preferred package and submit your file.
My file is large, how do I send that to you?
Please upload the file(s) to any cloud storage platform like Dropbox, Googledrive, Onedrive, Wetransfer, etc. Copy and paste the link into our chat or the order page that you created. If unsure of how to go about that, contact me for a simple guide.
What is your speakers limit ?
upto 3 speakers I can do easily. if in the audio/video has more speaker . extra charges will be apply.
What type of transcription do you provide?
