My journey with Amazon started by learning how Seller Central works and gradually taking responsibility for the day to day operations of real Amazon businesses. Over the past 3+ years, I have worked with 100+ clients and handled more than 3,000 product listings across Amazon marketplaces, excluding Japan. Working with different products and accounts has taught me that Amazon problems are rarely the same. Sometimes a listing needs to be created from scratch, while other times an existing product has a variation, catalog, inventory, or listing issue that needs to be investigated and fixed properly. A large part of my experience comes from managing FBA operations. I have handled product listings both manually and through Flat Files, created and tracked shipments, managed inventory related issues, and worked on reimbursement cases for missing or damaged inventory. I also help improve the quality of product listings through keyword research with Helium 10, listing optimization, A+ Content, EBC, and Brand Story. Alongside Amazon, I use Excel and Google Sheets to organize and analyze product and account data. What I enjoy most about this work is solving problems. Instead of simply completing a task, I try to understand what is actually causing an issue and find a practical way to resolve it. My goal is simple: make Amazon operations easier for sellers, keep their accounts organized, and handle the technical and day to day work so they can focus more on growing their business.
