My name is Michael, and I am here to help you meet your goals.
I will work with you 1-on-1 to help you 'stay with it' past the motivation stage through the much longer and more persistence-focused stage of targeted goal achievement.
I have worked on my own self significantly with coaches and want to pay it forward and lend my expertise.
I have also received awards for my volunteer work at one of Toronto's largest hospitals.
