He's polite, respectful and responsive but we have to constantly have him make changes after laying out again our original specifications. This caused my team to delay of the video release and frustration.

Great video and listened to my recommendations regarding how I wanted the video to turn out. Would highly recommend and I will be back to get more videos edited in the future.
