What languages do you speak?
Serbian and English.
Can you use other language in your design except English and Serbian?
Yes, but I will need your help with the translation's accuracy and placement. You must provide the finalized text, and the process may take slightly longer due to the extra review steps.
What is your specialty?
I specialize in creating logos, business cards, and flyers. Please note that logo design is a more complex process and typically requires significantly more time and feedback loops than the other design services.
What is the process like?
First, you provide all the requirements and details I need to start. I will then create initial concepts (based on your chosen package). You provide feedback, I revise, and once you are 100% satisfied, I prepare and deliver all the final files.
What if I need a revision after the order is completed?
Revisions are included within the active order phase as specified in the packages. Once the order is marked as complete, any further revisions may incur an additional fee.
Can you redesign my current design?
Yes, I can definitely redesign your existing visuals if they are correctly saved by previous designer. Please send me your current design files and let me know what specific changes or improvements you envision, and I will provide a custom offer.
What programs do you use?
I primarily use Adobe Illustrator for vector work (like logos and icons) and Adobe Photoshop for raster-based projects and image editing.

I always ask clients to provide examples, links to designs they like, or a clear brand style guide during the requirements phase. I use your examples to match the aesthetic you are looking for as closely as possible.
What is a "revision"?
A revision is a modification to the design concept I have already presented. It does not mean a complete redesign of the initial concept. If you need a completely new concept, that would require a new order or a specific add-on fee.
I have a tight deadline. Can you deliver faster than the listed time?
Yes, I often accommodate rush orders. Please message me before placing an order to confirm availability and discuss the potential rush fee (available as a "Gig Extra").
