Security & Compliance Sandbox: Deployed and tested security protocols in isolated environments, including NTFS file-level permissions, shared folder inheritance, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enrollment. Documented all configurations in technical "Runbooks" to ensure alignment with standard ITIL and ITSM department protocols.
