Can you connect Acuity to my existing Squarespace site?
Yes. I embed your Acuity booking page or scheduler right on your current site, match the colors and fonts, and test it on phone and desktop. Your design stays the same and your visitors can book without leaving the page. No rebuild or redo is needed
Will my Google or Outlook calendar sync with bookings?
Yes. I link your calendar so new bookings appear instantly and busy times block automatically. That means no double booking. I also test it with a real booking before handing it over so you know it works on day one. You keep full control of your day.
Can clients pay when they book?
Yes. I connect Stripe or PayPal so clients can pay in full or leave a deposit at checkout. You can also add coupons and package deals. I run a test payment with you to confirm the money reaches your account properly. Simple, safe and tested with you.
I have never used Squarespace. Is that a problem?
Not at all. I build everything for you and send a short video that shows how to edit text, change photos and see bookings. You will feel comfortable running the site yourself without needing any technical background. Many clients begin just like you.
Can I sell classes or group activities with limited spots?
Yes. I set up group sessions with a capacity limit, so once a class is full it closes automatically. Clients can book a spot, and you can set different prices, times and locations for every activity you offer. Workshops, tours and shows work as well.
Can I ask clients questions before they book?
Yes. I add intake forms with custom fields like goals, allergies or file uploads. Answers land in your booking email so you are prepared before every appointment and never need to chase clients for details later. It saves you lots of time and effort.
Will clients get reminders so they do not no show?
Yes. I set up email and text reminders plus confirmation and follow up messages. Clients can also reschedule or cancel with a link. Most owners see fewer missed appointments once reminders are switched on properly. Fewer gaps in your week, less fuss.
How do you handle different time zones?
Acuity shows each client your open times in their own local time zone, and I check your account settings so nothing shifts by mistake. Remote and international clients can book without confusion or mixed up meeting hours. Zoom meeting links work too.
Do I need a paid Squarespace or Acuity plan?
Usually yes. Squarespace needs a paid plan to publish a site, and Acuity has a paid tier for features like payments and text reminders. I will tell you the exact plans that fit your needs before you spend any money. No surprise costs later on at all.
What do you need from me to get started?
Send your logo, photos, service list, prices and working hours. If you have a brand color or examples of sites you like, share those too. I will take it from there and send you a first draft within the agreed time. It is an easy start with no stress.
