As Manager Operations at Elevance OSL, I helped to transform an Owner Led Agency to a growth stage business. We grew from 8 to 15 in just 2 months. I introduced AI Automations and integration with their GoHighLevel CRM. We shifted from Whatsapp being the medium of communication and Tasks to ClickUp, which was also integrated to the CRM for a better workflow of the sales and marketing.
