Paper QC and inspection forms get lost, are hard to read and are slow to report. I'll convert your existing paper forms into a digital checklist app that operators fill in on a tablet or phone.
What you get (depending on package):
- Your forms rebuilt as digital checklists (same items, same order)
- Pass/fail, numeric values and notes per item
- Photo upload for defects
- Operator login and timestamp on every record
- Results history with search and Excel/CSV export
- Supervisor findings queue: review, assign and close issues
- Pass-rate dashboard and optional Telegram alert when an item fails
Tech stack: Node-RED and MariaDB/MySQL, running in the browser, so there is no app store install. Deployed on your VPS or a local PC/server. You own the code and data.
Good for: incoming, in-process and final inspections, 5S audits, safety checks, machine daily checks.
Not included: tablets/hardware, hosting fees, or integration with other systems unless agreed.
Just upload a photo or scan of your form when you order. If your forms need more than the package, I'll send a custom offer first.

Does it work offline?
It works on your local network without internet if installed on a local PC/server. Full offline mode on the tablet is not included.

Yes, in Standard and Premium.
Is this an app from the Play Store?
No, it's a web app that opens in the tablet browser. You can add a home-screen shortcut.
Can I add more forms later?
Yes, via a custom offer or by ordering again.
