Short-Form Content Editor (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Cinematic Tools • Temps plein

Jul 2023 - Dec 2024 • 1 yr 5 mos

Edited short-form videos (15-60 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, tailored to each platform's pacing and audience behavior. Incorporated burnt-in captions, jump cuts, sound effects, and trending music to keep videos dynamic and on-trend, while crafting strong hooks in the first three seconds to stop the scroll and hold attention. Used zoom-ins and meme-style editing techniques where relevant to boost relatability and shareability. Focused every edit around retention and engagement, ensuring content performed well against platform-specific algorithms rather than just looking polished.
