I set up and automate Housecall Pro and related CRM systems for home service businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing contractors. My work includes: Configuring Housecall Pro for scheduling, dispatching, estimates, invoicing, and payments Building workflow automations for lead follow-up, appointment reminders, review requests, and missed-call text-backs Connecting Housecall Pro with GoHighLevel, Make, JobTread, Roofr, DripJob, and Procore so leads, jobs, and customer data stay in sync Setting up customer pipelines and templates so quotes go out faster and fewer jobs slip through the cracks Training owners and office staff to run their new system I also build business plans, financial pro formas, and investor pitch decks for real estate and startup clients, and set up business email and CRM platforms such as HoneyBook, Keap, Bitrix24, and Airtable. This gives me a solid understanding of how a contractor’s operations, finances, and customer communication fit together.
