Conducted a full website and conversion-rate audit for Converlay, a Shopify order-tracking app, from the perspective of a prospective merchant customer evaluating whether to sign up. Scope of work included: Reviewed the homepage to assess whether the value proposition was clear within the first 5–10 seconds, and whether the problem being solved was explained clearly enough for a first-time visitor Evaluated pricing presentation for clarity and attractiveness, cross-checking figures across the homepage, blog content, and the Shopify App Store listing Identified a factual inconsistency between the homepage's stated free-plan limits and the limits listed on the App Store and pricing page — a discrepancy that could affect buyer trust Assessed credibility and trust signals (social proof, testimonials, messaging tone) and flagged specific gaps likely to cause sign-up hesitation Compiled prioritized, actionable recommendations covering copy, pricing clarity, and trust-building elements Delivered findings as a structured PDF report organized around the client's own evaluation criteria, along with a shorter summary for quick reference Worked directly with the client to confirm evaluation criteria at the start of the project and ensure the final deliverable matched their exact requirements.
