Remove duplicates (single & multi-column), identify them using COUNTIF, highlight visually with conditional formatting, and keep first or last occurrence as needed.
Missing Value Handling
Detect blank cells (ISBLANK, COUNTBLANK), fill blanks using Go To Special trick, and handle formula errors cleanly with IFERROR/IFNA.
Text Cleaning
Remove extra spaces (TRIM) and non-printable characters (CLEAN), fix text case (UPPER/LOWER/PROPER), replace unwanted characters (SUBSTITUTE/REPLACE), extract parts of text (LEFT/RIGHT/MID), and combine columns (CONCAT/TEXTJOIN).
Data Type Conversion
Convert text-numbers to real numbers (VALUE), format numbers as text (TEXT), fix text-to-date/time issues (DATEVALUE/TIMEVALUE), and use Flash Fill for quick pattern-based corrections.
