Admire did a great job of explaining the configurations of the systems. I just had a hard time comprehending as I am not familiar with how CRM works. The project has been left incomplete, and work that has been completed I have to redo due to grammatical errors. Had no experience with the product they said they did. Looks like they are offloading the work to someone else as the work was carried out overnight when they are in a similar timezone to us. Do no recommend.
