The job was handed off by the original contact to My Create to fix the problem. I felt I had to reiterate the nature of the problem several times to get resolution. Additionally, permissions had to be granted and I had to hover over my phone several days to see when the work would be done. That was somewhat frustrating.

This is the second part of a complex app to generate and receipt orders. We have over 10,000 SKU's so making this work was complex and Mo and the team really worked hard to fully understand what was require and deliver it. This new app will save us a huge amount of time and make service to our customers faster and more accurate. I would highly recommend
