I am Mahmoud, a mechanical CAD designer specializing in turning concepts into reality. Whether you need a simple 3D-printable enclosure or a complex mechanical assembly with moving parts, I engineer models designed for fabrication.

My engineering approach bridges the gap between digital concepts and physical production. I do not just create 3D models; I engineer functional parts, factoring in material constraints, tolerances, and assembly logic.

What I offer:

  • Parametric 3D CAD Modeling (Fusion 360)
  • 2D Technical Drawings: Production-ready blueprints with precise dimensions and title blocks.
  • Mechanical Assemblies: Multi-part mechanisms with kinematic joints, clearance checks, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Files optimized for 3D printing, CNC machining, or sheet metal bending.

Deliverable Formats: STEP, IGES, STL (for 3D printing), PDF (for 2D Drawings), and native Fusion 360 source files.
