AI/ML Intern at AppInSnap, working on a production-grade outbound AI voice call center for the Pakistani market with Urdu-English (Urdish) code-switching support. Built a hybrid RAG pipeline (BGE-M3 dense + BM25 sparse retrieval with reranking), integrated LiveKit for real-time telephony with barge-in support, and worked with Groq-hosted LLMs, faster-whisper for STT, and Edge-TTS for speech synthesis. Also contributed to Axon, a multilingual voice routing system supporting Urdu, English, French, and Arabic.
