Which package should I choose?
Essential Care suits small business sites that mainly need updates and the odd fix. Business Care adds more work hours and monitoring for active sites. Complete Care is best for WooCommerce stores and busy sites. Not sure? Send me your URL and I'll recommend one.
What can the custom work hours be used for?
Bug fixes, content and image changes, plugin setup, layout adjustments, form fixes, styling tweaks and other WordPress tasks, up to the hours in your plan.
What is in the monthly Web Care Report?
A summary of updates completed, backups, security and uptime checks, fixes made, and my recommendations for your site.
Will updates break my website?
I take a backup and check for conflicts before updating. If anything goes wrong, I roll it back and fix it.
Can you fix critical errors or a white screen?
Yes. Fixing errors, white screens, broken layouts and mobile issues is part of the custom work hours. Complete Care gets priority.
Do you support WooCommerce and Elementor sites?
Yes. For WooCommerce stores, Complete Care is recommended because stores need more careful updates and testing.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin access, and sometimes hosting access for backups or server issues. I'll confirm exactly what's needed, and you can remove my access anytime.
Can you maintain more than one website?
Yes. Add the Additional website extra, or message me for a custom multi-site plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Each order covers 30 days, and with Subscribe to Save you can stop renewing whenever you like.
