⚠️Which package should I purchase if I want the signature iPhone-compatible?
Please, purchase the iPhone compatible signature package (premium package) if you want to install the signature on your iPhone. Without iPhone compatibility, proper view on iPhone won't be guaranteed. ⚠️Android doesn't support HTML signature. So, proper view of it is not guaranteed for Androids
What the client needs to provide for starting?
* JPG, PNG, AI or PSD file of the logo or photo or any other image that the client wants to include. *Name, Title, Phone, Web, Mail and other text content and social links in a copyable WORD document or in a text file. Note: This gig doesn't include making any logo, banner or any other clipart.
What source file do you provide?
The design mockup will be supplied as a PNG image. After the design approval, the source file will be submitted. ⚠️As it's a clickable coded HTML email signature, the final source file will be a clickable and editable HTML source file. ⚠️PSD/AI/EPS files won't be submitted as the source file.
Can I install the Signature on Android?
⚠️ NO. Android doesn't support HTML signatures. So, It can't be installed on Androids. It's a technical limitation for Android. So, the proper view of the HTML signature is not guaranteed for Android screens in any case.
What if i provide you a design and tell you to make the HTML Email signature like it?
All designs are not suitable for HTML email signatures. Also, in the case of coding based on your given design, the price will be fixed based on the complexity, and this feature is not included in any of the packages. So, please, message me to get a confirmation and a custom quote for it.
Is the signature editable?
Yes, The signatures are editable by manually editing the source HTML file. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS will be required.
What are not included in the gig?
It doesn't include making/modifying any video, audio, animation, logo, clipart, banner, cartoon, hand-written signature, or any other animation or graphic-related things. The logo and photo need to be provided by the client.
