During my tenure as a bachelor's degree student in the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, Capital University, I attended, contributed to, and lead & managed many events. These events included VIPs, not limited to: The Minister of Education, Mr. Mohamed Abdelatif. The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdel Aziz Mohamed Saad Qansouh. The Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Mr. Sherif Fathi Attia. The President of Capital University (Cairo), Prof. Dr. ElSayed Qandil. Vice Presidents of the Capital University (Cairo), and many more. Some of my contributions were: 1. Ushering (Reception of Guests) 2. Annotating and Documenting 3. Creation of Posters and Official Event Handouts 4. Food & Beverages Service 5. PowerPoint Presentation Creation 6. Photographing the Event & Its Most Important Guests And many more notable efforts. During these events, I got a handle on and refined the following skills: 1. Leadership, as I was commonly tasked with leading a team 2. Time Management, as these events were of the utmost importance and accommodated many important personalities 3. Working Under Pressure, as even though I knew what my job description was for each event, additional, unexpected tasks were always bound to show up 4. Reliability & Excellence, as this is one of the main pillars of our work in the Hospitality Industry 5. Assurance & Empathy, which are SERVQUAL dimensions. I perform my work with all 5 dimensions in mind, in order to guarantee guest satisfaction 6. High Proficiency in Opera PMS, Office 365, Photoshop, and all the other essential software required to prepare for and manage an official event And many more. I am extremely proud of my achievements in my beloved Faculty. As a former holder of the "Perfect Student" Title for 2 college years, officially recognized by the Dean of our faculty, it was my responsibility to not only represent my faculty during a multitude of events, but also showcase the upper echelon of its students

I worked as a Freelance Translator for many years. A vast variety of clients trusted me with their tasks and I was always able to deliver excellent quality on time. I am incredibly proficient at translating texts, letters, stories, documents, files, voice messages, documentaries, masters and doctoral theses, assignments, projects, and quite literally anything else that needs to be translated. I pride myself in my professionalism, and have 4 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. This further refined my ability to meet & exceed customer expectations, all while accommodating their every request. Although I had originally quit freelancing back in 2022 to achieve higher education, I never actually stopped translating. I am an Egyptian living in Egypt, whose mother tongue is Arabic. However, my field of study is majorly in English, so I had to always alternate between both languages and be able to freely and expertly express myself in both, while also translating a plethora of documents, books, and assignments for my own leisure as well as my Professors'. I am looking forward my return to this field, and hope to always maintain your trust and confidence.
