Fostered a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and shared ownership across data engineering and data science functions. - Ensured alignment with Bank-level data governance, privacy, and security standards while delivering data products. - Coordinated with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Data Governance, Data Modelling & Quality and Business Units) to resolve dependencies and plan releases of new data views and enhancements. - Mentored team members on Agile mindset, communication, and effective collaboration in a hybrid business–data environment.
