Very disappointed and gave ample time to correct. The original format was one that I could not open - if you go with them be sure that you request a format you can open (request mp4 for example). did not follow instructions - i asked to remove background items - they removed background items and blurred...

Ahmad is very easy to work with. He carefully removes all unwanted objects and parts in our video that we need. He's also very cooperative and he immediately works on the edits that we need. We've worked with him for a couple of videos now and we're looking forward to work with him again
