I gave him a task to work on frontend of a project and the frontend wasn't seamless, where he ought to use single image or kind of user emoji he has to use the image itself, it seems he does not understand much of what the frontend looks like and how users have to interact with it

Hi, I have an MVP to build with Flutter. The seller managed to develop and deliver it. Though the time it took for the delivery is bit long. The quality of the delivery was good. There were few back and forth on the testing. The seller managed to fix them patiently. Seller also managed to write the Unit tests for the Flutter.
