Ahsan is definitely an experience QA tester. He highlighted key issues and bugs in the web app. My only concern was that he didn't execute against the provided test plan; he eventually updated the test plan. Overall, his services are excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

I created a list of requirements for testing. Specifically wanted to test integrations and backend. Got bugs for unrelated stuff and no back end testing results. Got some backend testing after requesting a revision but not much.

very slow to respond, after giving the feedback, I've told him to check we've fixed all the issues, he confirmed he will test, weeks later no response as always, I reminded him and completely ignored. Will never use again and not recommend.

Great experience working with this tester. They provided a very detailed report with screenshots, videos, reproduction steps, and thoughtful feedback about the overall user experience. The testing was thorough and helped identify several issues I may have otherwise missed. I would happily work with them again.
