I am a Construction Estimator and Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years of experience in construction, including quantity takeoff, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, CAD drawings and project documentation in Dubai, UAE. I have worked on residential and commercial projects and completed approximately 20 luxury villas as a Project Manager. I provide accurate, organized and professional construction estimates, BOQs and quantity takeoffs based on drawings and project requirements.
