I am a Certified yoga instructor. I discovered my love for yoga initially attending classes for personal well-being .This interest naturally progressed, prompting me to peruse a 300 hours certification from yoga alliance USA.
Currently giving classes at my studio for power yoga , restorative yoga, kids and prenatal yoga.
