Built a multi-tenant SaaS platform for business communication and workflow automation — WhatsApp integration, agentic AI conversations, a shared inbox/CRM, lead classification, and role-based multi-tenancy so each business kept its own data, users, and AI workflows isolated on one system. Also built a Field Service Management System covering the full job lifecycle — service requests, field worker scheduling and assignment, real-time progress tracking, and workflow automation — with role-based access throughout.
