You need your own Elementor Pro license and it should stay in your name. Theme Builder, popups, and the form widget are Pro features. I do not resell or share licenses. If you have not bought one yet, I will point you to the right plan for your page count.

Yes. Headers, footers, blog templates, and archive pages are made in the Elementor Theme Builder. I can match your existing brand or design something new. Theme Builder work is in the two larger packages and available as an extra on the starter package.

Yes. Speed optimization is in every package. I work on caching, image sizes and formats, unused scripts and plugins, and Core Web Vitals. Send me your URL before you order and I will tell you what is actually slowing the site down.

Yes. WooCommerce setup, product pages, cart, and checkout design are in the largest package. I can connect a payment gateway and set up shipping too. Tell me your product count before you order, because a large catalogue changes the scope.

Yes. Figma to Elementor is regular work for me, and so is XD, PSD, and Wix or Squarespace to Elementor. Send the file before you order so I can count the pages and tell you which package fits. I match the design on desktop, tablet, and phone.

Yes, that is the point of Elementor. Everything is built with the standard editor, no locked templates and no code you cannot reach. I record a short walkthrough video showing how to edit text, swap images, and add a new page.

No. You send the text, images, and logo. I handle design, layout, and the technical side. If your content is not ready I can build with placeholder text and swap it in later, but that counts as one of your revisions.

Yes. Any custom CSS or PHP I write goes in a child theme, so a WordPress, theme, or Elementor update does not wipe it. You get the child theme files and nothing on your site is locked to me.

A page is one URL, like home, about, services, or contact. Blog and product templates are counted separately because they are built in Theme Builder. Counting this way means the scope is agreed before you order and I do not surprise you later.

Domain and hosting ready, admin access through a temporary WordPress account you can remove later, your Elementor Pro license, your text, images, and logo, and one or two sites you like the look of. Everything else is on me.
